cars going down olivia do not obey the speed limit. they go anywhere from 40 - 55mph, there are alot of kids playing and riding their bikes, and a car going that fast will not have a chance to stop, also there have been alot of cars that are going down the wrong way, i wonder if people can actually read signs. this problem really needs to be fixed before its too late for a child. remember schools out and summer is here.

I do not know this intersection well, but I can say that in 2014 vehicles DO NOT travel at 25 miles per hour. Therefore, any municipality who slaps "25 MPH" signs up on a street and thinks cars will slow to that speed is being unrealistic. Have you driven at 25? You'll be run over, have cars laying on their horn or be passed on the left as people try and get around you.
Rule #1 REASONABLE speed limits are obeyed, unrealistic ones are ignored.
