Streetlight has been out for over a year. West side of street between two parking lot entrances.

Both lights on the SE corner of John and crescent have been out for at least a year. They are both on the same corner but one faces John and the other faces Crescent.

Green light is out on westbound on John light at Mattis intersection. It's the green light on the north signal.

Tree branches on the tree in the ROW are making the sidewalk almost impassable. Same issue at 705 and another house in the 600 block.

The alley between Union and Springfield behind the 600 block houses is terrible. Heavy rain last year washed out parts with uneven areas forming. It is the worst alley I've driven on recently in Champaign.

Streetlight on west side of street between Centennial and Jefferson parking lot entrances has been out for a few months.
