Parks Department Issue Archived200 Lake St Burlington VT 05401, United States - Burlington ElectricWho do I thank for cleaning up the abandoned encampment on the wooded hillside below battery park? The structure looked so permanent I thought it would never be removed! Keep up the great work. I have watched encampments come in the Spring
and once established they just keep growing. The key is to stop before they start!
Thanks again, good job! -

Island Line Trail Burlington VT 05401, United States - Burlington ElectricEncampment with many tents filled with trash. This encampment was reported when there was only one tent, and now there must be about six or seven. With cold weather approaching I am sure there will be a lot of trash to pick up that is left behind, and should be taken care of before the snow falls.

Trash or Illegal Dumping ArchivedIsland Line Trail Burlington VT 05401, United States - Burlington ElectricThey are homeless encampments all through the bike path from the boat club onwards. There are many well trodden paths into the woods, and the tents can be easily seen if you walk along the bike path report of these encampments early on in the summer when there was just one or two tents. Nothing was done about it and ask can be expected. Encampments have grown. They are basically all over the place.

Found Needle or syringe ArchivedIsland Line Trail Burlington VT 05401, United States - Burlington ElectricI have reported this problem twice. There is a large pile of garbage behind a swing on the lake walk way near the echo Center I tried to clean it up myself, but the pile is too big. I did find a syringe. Please send a crew to clean this up so we don’t have to look at it for the rest of the winter and into the spring. Children play near here.
