DrainageAcknowledgedFlynn Ave Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricThis old manhole cover is covered in moss and has been eroded underneath. It is off the path near Blanchard Beach. I was retrieving my dog that had slipped his leash and it flipped open and my leg fell in. After being stuck for several minutes and being concerned my leg had broken, I was able to remove my leg and replace the manhole cover so it wasn’t just open. Needs to be removed fully or marked.

Groundwater drainageAcknowledged56 Crescent Ter Burlington, Vermont, 05401 - Burlington ElectricIssue with ground water being pumped onto the street which then flows to the grate on the corner and overflows into the middle of Crescent Terrace. In the winter, it causes ice and in the summer, there is a slippery green substance along the gutter. Since the snow and rain storm, it is quite dramatic. Is there a solution to this?
