Description

Possibly a mop bucket or other cleaning liquids dumped from rear door of Ake's Place into alley. Completely iced over. There are 3 businesses and access to 30+ apartments via Mechanics Ln (Thorsen Way). Trying to find contact information for Ake's, but ice melt has been administered. Trying to prevent future safety hazards.
