Description

The Dept. of Water Services completed a repair to broken pipes on S. Union. The base was not properly compacted before they paved it and so the patch has sunk and gotten progressively worse over the past few weeks. Trucks and buses drive fast over the patch and the noise is deafening because the patch has sunk several inches since being paved. PLEASE FIX THIS!!
