Thank you for the quick and informational response! Do you know if the tree is intended to be replaced or will it lie fallow like some tree spots?

Every tree is intended to be replaced, however, certain circumstances such as the whether or not the entirety of the stump can be removed (sometimes it starts to grow under the curbs, sidewalks to such a degree that it becomes a huge project to get it out), or, if the extent of the utilities is such that it doesn't allow a safe coexisitence - then we may be forced to consider not replanting. We'll learn more about this once we get into it. The intent is for this tree to be replaced.
