I agree! Taxpayers should be able to access this park year- round.

North Beach is closed to public vehicular traffic from Oct. 15 - late March per ordinance. The park remains open for walk-in or bike access through the winter. We will make sure that a sign is posted so that folks are aware. ~Parks

Can we please get a portapotty? People like to walk from Echo Center to North Beach, no where for women to go!
