He is not pornographic, he's doing a documentation of his rights in Vermont which allows for people to be nude in public, but not to remove clothing in public. I don't know him but he and others do this in the warmer months because they are allowed to.

Yes that's the law in Burlington. Public nudity is allowed. Undressing in public is not. But don't we have bigger issues to deal with? This seems trivial compared to some of the other behaviors happening right now that are truly dangerous...needles, trash, etc.

Yes that's allowed in Vermont even though at my age I don't think I would ever do that 🤣 but there are more serious things to worry about and if you don't like it then don't look 🤣. Have a great day 😊

What is over the top mean for you?

What I find interesting is that when there are SeeClickFix comments about needles, trash, tents, crime, etc. there are rarely comments. This issue seems trivial compared to what's really going on in our city. Let this one go and focus on big, meaningful issues!

The city doesn't allow comments for most postings. Not sure why this one is allowing it.
