I issued two tickets to vehicles parked on the sidewalk this morning. The issue is not at 109 Pearl Street. The issue is at 123 Pearl. In addition to issuing the tickets, I spoke with the residents and informed them not to park on the sidewalk again. Sgt R. Moone
