Description

Howdy - have increasing weed filled cracks and raised areas in the entrance to our drive way and adjacent sidewalk. Noticed several guests trip in this area last weekend when crossing it to access a food truck brought in for a special event.

Whole length of Chase Street on that side one of worst sidewalks in the city. DPW should put on it's 2017 replacement list as a high priority. Have tripped numerous times at various places.
