Description

Drivers leaving the Starr Farm Gardens to do not appear to stop and yield to oncoming traffic when taking a left onto Starr Farm Rd. Frequently drivers will stop, pull forward to see, but do not yield to oncoming traffic. I don't get it.
There is currently a stop sign but it is about 10 ft from the intersection. Can we paint a stop line, move the stop sign up? Something?
