Description

I reported this problem two weeks ago in person, but I don't see it listed here, hence this note:
the retaining wall that stretches along East Terrace houses 29-41 is deteriorating quickly - many of the uppermost bricks crumble and entire chunks of them fall on the walkway - this will be dangerous no later than next winter, when the snowblower may throw around some of those pieces, but if not being taken care of the bricks below will likely also start deteriorating and the wall may no longer do its job, i.e. retain the soil -
