Definitely NOT RESOLVED. Sidewalk remains unplowed and even more snow pushed from private property into the right of way this morning.

Can businesses and homeowners be fined for dumping their snow onto the sidewalk? I’d guess the city would be knocking on my door if I shoveled all my driveway snow into the street. The sidewalk is part of the public right of way, and keeping your snow out of it is part of clearing your own parking area.

Sidewalk appears to have been cleared by somebody.
