I'm tired of DPW acknowledging them to move them into queue and not dealing with them. I'm gathering every single one of these and dates and sending them to the city council. This sidewalk is obstructed and wheelchair users are unable to pass. You need to come clean this up before someone is injured or a confrontation occurs. City is liable if continue to ignore issue.
