Hi, Caleb Manna recommended i submit a ticket regarding an ongoing water issue. Over time as S. Prospect has been paved the height of the street has exceeded the height of the curb cuts at 393 and 401 S. Prospect st. The grade from the road to the sidewalk is insufficient to prevent water flow on to the properties. The flow comes from the crest of the road as well as from runoff from UVM’s horseshoe across the street. A very large volume of water flows down the sidewalk and then onto the property at 393 causing significant damage to the drive as well as contributing to water intrusion issues. We propose replacing the curbs at the two properties such that they are 1-in proud of the street level to contain the water to the street. Other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
