  And there are other streets like that but dpw doesnt care. Call the head person down there, i think his name is Jim Patterson but i lived on Ferguson ave 55 years ago and Richardson was bad then. I think the street was known as the slum of the south end because there were a couple of ramshackle apartment buildings on the street.
