Cpl. Carolynne Erwin at BPD recently let our business know that BPD sent an affidavit to the Chittenden County States Attorney around July 2020 that identified numerous, notorious Burlington taggers, the location of their tags, and the cost of damages caused to property owners. The States Attorney "declined prosecution" and sent the affidavit back to BPD. Burlington government is broken at all levels.

Just because Burlington police is supposedly defunded they weren't last year. The states attorney just are to lazy to do anything
