Persisting deterioration of 2 sidewalk slabs between 141 and 148 Howard Street, on-going for 3 to 4 years now. Sidewalk snow plows repeatedly crash over the deepening dip every winter (plow operators will corroborate this).

--On Sunday May 15 2022 between 1:30 AM and 4:30 AM someone threw a 7x9 inch chunk of this broken sidewalk through my car's rear windshield, shattering it completely, resulting in ongoing days of inconvenience, costly repairs, and rental car costs.
--Please fix this small segment of our neighborhood sidewalk before this happens again, or before someone gets hurt.
