The stop sign at Manfield AVenue and Loomis Street is a 3 way stop but coming down Mansfield Avenue from Colchester the sign cannot be seen until you are right upon it and several vehicles have been not stopping here. She had explained the trees are blocking this as well as a telephone pole is right in front of it blocking the view just before you get to it.
