Description

Bike Path: Rough surface over culvert in North Beach Park. The path is (relatively) smooth up to the crossing/overpass from both directions but is very rough going over, and has been for awhile. Perhaps this is deliberate to slow bikers down in the North Beach area? But it would be nice to have a more compatible stretch.
