Parking Spaces along S. Union Street:

How do we get the parking meter spaces along S. Union Street between College Street and Memorial Auditorium (or some of them) designated as Handicap Parking Spaces on Sunday only? We're willing to purchase the signs. Is there a process to request this parking change? This change should not affect city revenues as parking is free on Sundays at these meters.
