When I drove around to inspect my five rental buildings this mess was actually in front of the house to the right of mine. The garbage and recycling at 58-60 Loomis which I own was Will and hand in the Benz behind the building , nothing even overflowing. Either it's been photoshopped or somebody's moved it onto the Green in front of my house. I'll pass by tomorrow and take a look. If it's still there I'll ask Casella waste to come and pick it up. But I can guarantee you it's not mine, my garbage cans are in the back of the building and don't get moved.
