It is time to consider a crosswalk for Adams and St. Paul Street. Traffic is moving right along at a good clip. With the curve, the situation is not safe. With the new dormitory on St. Paul St. there will be even more pedestrians.

And I had an accident trying to get onto St. Paul St. from Adams St. last fall. I would suggest no left turn off Adams because with the curve and the speed of incoming traffic, there is too much going on to navigate safely, as I discovered.
A crosswalk would be a good idea. Maybe even a stop sign at Kilburne Street, just to slow incoming traffic and give drivers time to look around. The curve around Smolley Park is the factor that makes sightlines poor.
