This sign is clearly visible as provided by your photo. No issues have been found that need to be addressed.

The issue is that traffic traveling in the other direction does not have this sign. Why only warn drivers in one direction?

Upon close inspection of this yield sign, it is, in fact, faded and is not retro reflective.

Traffic Department removed this post and sign as it is not required on 8/20.
