  I'd like to know the response to this issue, as there has been a similar problem on Hyde Street ever since it was repaved several years ago. I hope this problem is taken care of sooner than the Hyde St. problem, where freezing & thawing of the huge puddle has broken up the street & caused a large area of potholes. Deferred maintenance usually costs more than problems dealt with quickly.

There may be the occasional bug to work out, but rest assured that your issue is still in queue and assigned to the right City staffer.
