This has been a problem area for over one year. I blew a tire and bent a rim in this same area in February, 2018. I attempted to make a claim but the city's insurance company (Travelers) denied the claim because the city stated that this was an unknown problem area. A patchwork "fix" was applied shortly after that but, obviously, it was inadequate.This is truly pathetic performance by the city, not to mention the safety issues this area causes!
