Love the new lane we got 4 or 5 years ago, but this has caused a long-standing safety issue. During rush hour especially, drivers use the far right lane and then cut over illegally because they want to continue on Route 2 or go onto I89 North instead of south. They then stop and block traffic and force their way in around the white stripes. (this is EVERY DAY). I've occasionally seen a police officer pull someone over for this but there is almost never any police enforcement at that time there. It's a real hazard. Additionally, people want to bypass the stoplight coming out of Staples Plaza so they try and turn out of the little driveway right there at the entrance. I believe that should be for people getting on I89South ONLY or, at the very least, restrict the hours so that people can't do it during rush hour. This is a safety and accident reduction issue. Please consider.
