Potholes forming again on the Beltline southbound and parts of northbound above the RR crossing. Please patch

Eastbound lane (East of 666 Riverside) and also on the westbound portion of Riverside Ave just after the Community Health's bus stop area there are multiple potholes forming.
Also a small one forming at the intersection of Riverside and Intervale Avenue, facing west (714 Riverside Ave).
Please patch these before they get too large.

Two deep potholes have formed in the Northbound lane of North Ave

A pothole is forming in the Eastbound lane of Barrett St, right before the intersection, and if it grows bigger, it may delay traffic to avoid it due to the tight roadway.

Wild parsnip is starting to affect the bikepath. (There's also another plant on the other side of the bikepath. - Picture is taken just west of the bikepath's bridge over North Beach road.)

For those that do not know, if you come into contact with this plant, it can cause severe burns or even scarring on your skin.
I believe I have also seen some growing at the Ethan Allen homestead road / 127 intersection as well.

Parks, please do something about these plants before they spread and someone gets hurt!

A large maple has fallen across Leddy's main West trail that leads from Thayer to the bikepath/arena (closer to Thayer & the rec fields)
People are cutting through the woods to go around, but it would be difficult for those who have limited mobility.

Several potholes have formed in the Northbound lane between Crowley & Washington street block of North Ave.

This North bound lane of North Ave going towards Crowley street has several potholes, making it hazardous if there is two lanes of traffic, and especially dangerous if there is a bicyclist as well.

Both East & Westbound lanes of Archibald street have a number of potholes, to the point of it being a washboard to drive through.
Please patch these up?

Southbound lane of Beltline near the train track bridge has several potholes that need filling.

Eastbound lane of Riverside is developing potholes that could use patching.

Several potholes along this stretch of road going north, all the way to the maple street intersection that could use filling.

Series of smaller potholes along this route on both west and eastbound lanes of traffic on Sherman street between North Ave & Park Street are quickly becoming a washboard to drive over. Please patch?
